This paid opportunity allows high school students to gain hands-on experience working with younger students in a dynamic, STEAM-focused learning environment.

Youth Leaders play an important role in supporting the Summer Learning Academy by assisting instructors, leading small group activities, and helping create a positive, engaging experience for elementary school participants. Throughout the program, Youth Leaders will build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while contributing to a fun and impactful summer program.

In addition to their day-to-day responsibilities, Youth Leaders will participate in professional development sessions and gain exposure to career pathways, making this experience both meaningful and valuable for future academic and career opportunities.
